General Provisions

1.1 We may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at our discretion without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the Casinos' platforms, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Revised terms take effect immediately upon posting.

1.2 If you disagree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Casinos. Continued use after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Participation Guidelines

2.1 Using the Casinos is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You acknowledge the inherent risks, including the potential for financial loss.

2.2 Gambling may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of participating in the Casinos within your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. By wagering real money, you confirm that such activity is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee the legality of your participation and are not liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Casinos. Consult legal counsel if you have concerns about applicable laws.

2.3 Participation is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We may request proof of identity and age, and failure to provide this may result in account suspension or termination.

2.4 Any gameplay by an ineligible individual, as determined by us, will be voided, including any associated winnings.

2.5 Employees, consultants, or agents of SpicyJackpots, its affiliates, or vendors, as well as their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling), are prohibited from using the Casinos for personal purposes.

2.6 The Casinos do not accept players from the following countries: Afghanistan, Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Israel, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, United States, Yemen.

Legal Compliance and Rules

3.1 SpicyJackpots Casino operates under proper authorization and regulatory oversight.

3.2 We may establish additional rules of play that are binding on you. These rules are considered part of this Agreement.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit or reject any wager placed by you or through your account for any reason.

Player Commitments

4.1 By using the Casinos, you agree to:

4.1.1 Ensure you understand and comply with local laws regarding online gaming.
4.1.2 Confirm that your participation in the Casinos is fully legal and unrestricted in your jurisdiction.
4.1.3 Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and be capable of taking responsibility for your actions.
4.1.4 Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, notifying us promptly of any changes via email.
4.1.5 Use only funds you legally own for deposits and wagers. If using a credit or debit card, the cardholder’s name must match the registered account name, or your account may be suspended. Contact Customer Support for guidance if suspended. Withdrawals via bank wire or cheque will only be paid to the registered account name.
4.1.6 Ensure no funds used in the Casinos come from illegal activities.
4.1.7 Honor all financial obligations to the Casinos and not reverse or dispute payments.
4.1.8 Acknowledge the risk of financial loss and accept full responsibility for such losses.
4.1.9 Consent to us sharing your personal and payment details with third parties, including law enforcement, if we suspect illegal activity, as per our Privacy Policy.
4.1.10 Report and pay any taxes or levies on winnings to the relevant authorities.
4.1.11 Secure all necessary devices, networks, and permissions to use the Casinos.
4.1.12 Confirm that you do not find the Casinos or their promotional materials offensive or inappropriate.
4.1.13 Agree that no credit lines will be extended, except for approved bonuses or promotions, and comply with any financial verification processes.

Account Registration and Security

5.1 You must register an account with accurate and complete information before using the Casino software. You will select a user ID, password, and receive a unique account number.

5.2 You are responsible for keeping your account number and password confidential. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account, and you are responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized or not. Unauthorized sharing of account details may lead to termination without refund. All transactions using your correct account details are considered valid.

5.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breaches.

5.4 Account activation may require verification via email or SMS. Failure to verify may result in account suspension.

5.5 Only one account per player is permitted, registered under your legal name. Attempting to open multiple accounts or use another’s account may result in closure of all accounts and a ban from the Casinos.

5.6 Credit or debit card names must match the registered account name, or the account may be suspended. Contact Customer Support for verification details.

5.7 Withdrawals via bank wire or cheque will only be paid to the registered account name.

5.8 The minimum deposit is 20 credits, though some promotions or payment methods may require higher amounts.

Account Restrictions and Closure

6.1 We may refuse to register, suspend, or terminate your account at our discretion without notice or explanation.

6.2 We are not obligated to provide reasons for such actions.

6.3 Upon suspension or termination, we may:
6.3.1 Withhold any disputed funds, including deposits, bonuses, or winnings.
6.3.2 Exclude you from other SpicyJackpots-affiliated casinos.
6.3.3 Set conditions for reinstating access.
6.3.4 Share your information with law enforcement, collection agencies, or casino databases if fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

6.4 In cases of suspected fraud, including stolen credit card use or chargebacks, we may block your account, reverse payouts, recover winnings, and notify relevant authorities. We are not liable for unauthorized credit card use.

Inactive Accounts

7.1 Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant and incur a €5 monthly maintenance fee (or currency equivalent).

7.2 If we cannot contact you and the account remains inactive for 30 months, it will be deemed abandoned, and any balance will be forfeited.

7.3 Account balances do not accrue interest.

7.4 Bonus credits unplayed within 30 days of being awarded will expire and be removed.

Anti-Money Laundering and Prohibited Activities

8.1 We are required to report suspicious transactions involving funds from illegal activities or intended to conceal such funds to relevant authorities.

8.2 To prevent money laundering, cash deposits are not accepted, and large or unusual withdrawals require notarized copies of at least two of the following: a recent bank statement, driver’s license, or valid passport.

8.3 For withdrawals exceeding five times your lifetime deposits across SpicyJackpots brands, payouts will be issued in weekly increments of 5,000 credits, with the remainder held in your account until eligible. This excludes progressive wins and is applied at our discretion.

8.3.1 If lifetime deposits are €200 or less, withdrawals are limited to 10 times your last deposit, with excess amounts forfeited.

8.4 At least one deposit is required to request a withdrawal, and each deposit must be wagered at least once.

8.5 Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday after a 48-hour pending period and may incur fees at our discretion.

8.6 Funds transfers to third parties are prohibited.

8.7 Large or unusual transfer requests between a player’s accounts are subject to management approval.

8.8 We use advanced technology to detect fraudulent or unlawful activity. Attempts to breach or circumvent security measures may result in immediate account termination and notification of third parties.

8.9 Use of artificial intelligence software in connection with the Casinos is prohibited. If detected, we may block your account, terminate access, and seize funds.

8.10 Irregular gaming patterns, including but not limited to:

• Betting 30% or more of a bonus value before meeting playthrough requirements.
• Using gamble or double features to exceed game bet limits.
• Placing high-value bets to inflate balances, then reducing bets by over half to meet wagering requirements.
• Placing contradictory bets for net-zero outcomes (e.g., in Sic Bo, craps, baccarat, or roulette).
• High-value betting on low-contribution games (e.g., video poker, roulette, blackjack) followed by low-value betting on high-contribution games (e.g., slots).
  Such activities may result in withheld withdrawals, confiscated winnings, bonus disqualification, or account suspension.

Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Casinos and their software, which remain our exclusive intellectual property or that of our licensors.

9.2 All intellectual property rights in the Casinos’ materials and features belong to us or our licensors. You may only use these as expressly permitted.

9.3 You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute Casino materials or software, nor create derivative works.

9.4 Trademarks, service marks, and trade names (e.g., “SpicyJackpots Casino”) and all content (e.g., software, images, text, videos) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You gain no rights to these by using the Casinos.

9.5 You may not use the Casinos in ways that violate our intellectual property, harass others, compromise system stability, circumvent security or payment methods, or interfere with others’ use.

Promotional Activities

10.1 If you win a prize deemed noteworthy by us, you grant permission to use your first name in promotional materials and agree to participate in related events at our expense.

10.2 Promotions and competitions may have specific terms, which take precedence over these Terms and Conditions only in case of direct conflict.

10.3 We may deny or withdraw bonuses or promotions if we suspect abuse or bad faith, and may terminate or block accounts accordingly.

Warranties

11.1 The Casinos and their services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, regarding quality, functionality, or fitness for purpose. You assume all risks of use.

11.2 We do not guarantee the Casinos are free from viruses or destructive code. You are responsible for protecting your devices and data.

11.3 We do not warrant error-free operation or uninterrupted service, nor guarantee Internet connectivity.

11.4 In case of system or communication malfunctions, we are not liable and may void unconfirmed bets.

Liability Limitations

12.1 We, our affiliates, agents, or partners are not liable for any damages (e.g., direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive) arising from your use of the Casinos, even if advised of potential damages. This applies to third-party distributors as well.

12.2 Our total liability, regardless of the cause of action, will not exceed $100 USD, to the extent permitted by law.

12.3 We are not liable for performance delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, equipment failures, or acts of God.

Indemnity

13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Casinos, including but not limited to visiting, wagering, depositing, or accepting winnings.

Agreement Termination

14.1 This Agreement takes effect when you accept the terms during registration and continues until terminated as outlined.

14.2 We may terminate your account immediately without notice if:

• We discontinue the Casinos.
• You breach this Agreement.
• Your use is improper or against the Agreement’s spirit.
• For any other reason at our discretion.
  Upon termination, any account balance will be returned within a reasonable time, subject to deductions for amounts owed.

14.3 You may terminate your account by emailing support@casinospicyjackpots.com. Termination takes effect within 7 days of receipt, during which you remain responsible for account activity.

14.4 Upon termination, you must stop using the Casinos, pay any outstanding amounts, and remove all Casino software and documentation from your possession.

14.5 Termination does not affect other rights or remedies for breaches.

14.6 Except as noted, neither party has further obligations post-termination.

Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 This Agreement is governed by applicable law, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for any disputes.

15.2 If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. No partnership or agency is created between us. We may assign our rights without notice, but you may not. This Agreement is the entire agreement between us and supersedes prior communications. The English version prevails in case of translation discrepancies.

Welcome Package Terms

5. Maximum winnings from a bonus are 10x the bonus amount.
6. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time.
